Role Description

The Store team builds scalable platform capabilities for Packaging (ex: SKUs) and Pricing (ex: Trials, Promotions) that reaches our customers, via a delightful billing management experience across a variety of store fronts. This flexibility enables fast experimentation to acquire new users and drive ADRR for existing subscribers, while ensuring that paid customers always have an excellent experience around billing. 

We are looking for a experienced and motivated Technical Program Manager with excellent organizational skills who can be a bridge between teams within the company and own and drive exciting growth related platform projects with the support of internal technical leads. 

Responsibilities

  • You will define and execute engineering project tracking for a diverse multi-team group
  • You will define efficient roadmap building rhythms for the Store team
  • You will drive engineering and product review rhythms across all Store team initiatives
  • You will drive interlock rhythms with partner/customer teams to create platform roadmap visibility and alignment
  • You will partner with Engineering and Leadership to drive cross-team process adoption
  • You will improve execution on large-scale engineering projects by introducing the right level of process

Requirements

  • BS degree in Engineering discipline or technical field
  • You have 5+ years of Project or Program Management experience in an infrastructure management and/or software development capacity
  • You have strong expertise in creating project plans with milestones and deadlines, and ability to lead multiple projects in parallel
  • You are comfortable interfacing with customers and vendors internally & externally to Dropbox
  • You are skilled at collaborating with other teams to define rhythms that work seamlessly to the benefit of all teams

In order to be successful in our Virtual First environment we needed to make changes that would allow employees to have more control over both where and how they work.
