Job Summary

Our product design and prototyping work is growing in complexity and potential for positive impact. At the same time, we’re investing in developing our own tools for problem identification and exploration. In order to increase our capabilities and standardize our approach and technical processes, we’re looking for a technical program manager to join our team.

What you will do

• Work with company executives as the client-facing technical lead and oversee end-to-end technical development for select projects
• Contribute to multiple technology stacks and products at once
• Work with engineers to create and drive technical solution architectures for proposals
• Develop and manage estimates for project costs and timelines
• Lead partner development teams through an agile process
• Create technical specifications for developers 
• Research emerging technologies to advise clients on possible applications
• As a senior member of the product team, help drive R&D processes, practices, and solutions that move the company forward
• Triage and help troubleshoot application issues

Qualifications and Skills

• 2-3 years going through full software development cycles as a TPM
• Hands-on coding experience (Javascript preferred)
• Working knowledge of current web and service technologies (AWS, GCP, Reactjs preferred)
• Experience working with data visualization is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively and decisively across teams
• Great verbal and written presentation abilities
• Empathy for designers, developers & end-users

Benefits and Perks

iF offers a benefits package that includes domestic partner benefits, parental and adoption leave. This position is on-site in Seattle. We do not offer a relocation package.
