You will lead and coordinate implementation efforts between internal teams and external partners to develop optimal solutions. From preliminary partner discussions to full-scale deployment, the Technical Program Manager will oversee the technical business operations, execution, and maintenance of third-party partnerships.

 

Require­d Skills:

  • Proven suc­cess­ful project man­age­ment expe­ri­ence

  • Drive partner onboarding while balancing strategic and tactical needs

  • Provide technical implementation guidance including troubleshooting and escalating issues

  • Provide ongoing partner management

  • Balance business and partner needs with technical constraints

  • Pre­vi­ous expe­ri­ence in lead­ing mul­ti­ple large-scale projects with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced envi­ron­ment

  • Suc­cess­ful com­ple­tion of build­ing out large-scale project plans (150+ lines) with resources, effort, depen­den­cies, and full SDLC

  • Improve product feature offerings by sharing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering

  • Proven suc­cess­ful com­mu­ni­ca­tion with both devel­op­ers and non-technical busi­ness part­ners, includ­ing progress and issues report­ing to all lev­els within the orga­ni­za­tion, as needed

  • Famil­iar­ity with soft­ware devel­op­ment life­cy­cle, includ­ing sched­ul­ing, and scop­ing

  • Famil­iar­ity with Google docs, Jira or sim­i­lar project plan­ning tools

  • Amaz­ing time man­age­ment skills

  • Strong prob­lem solv­ing, nego­ti­at­ing, influ­enc­ing, facil­i­ta­tion, orga­ni­za­tion, pri­or­i­ti­za­tion, deci­sion mak­ing, and con­flict res­o­lu­tion skills

 

Desired skills:

  • Bach­e­lor’s degree

  • 3-5 years experience in technology

  • Agile project man­age­ment expe­ri­ence

  • PMP or other project certification preferred

  • Expe­ri­ence with startup envi­ron­ments as well as larger scale enter­prise projects

  • Expe­ri­ence in Inter­na­tional / Global com­pa­nies; e-com­merce pre­ferred
