Yesler is looking to add a Technical Program Manager to our Marketing Operations Team. Working across multiple internal and client teams, this role will put you at the forefront of new technologies, with an ability to influence and manage decisions that will contribute to our clients' overall Sales and Marketing infrastructure. This role will require 10-20% travel.
Responsibilities

  • Liaise between end users and engineering teams to ensure product scope meets business requirements;
  • Work with business and engineering teams to identify scope, constraints, dependencies, and risks;
  • Develop workback schedules to ensure all business alignment discussions happen quickly and efficiently for sprint planning deadlines;
  • Ensure that communication and documentation needs for the client and team are complete, current, accurate, and easy to find;
  • Actively identify technical, legal, procedural, logistical, and communication issues and drive creative solutions to fix them and handle risk;
  • Identify needed resources and work closely with team leaders to maintain full visibility of the project schedule and potential roadblocks; and,
  • Scope new projects and assess project prioritization.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field;
  • 3+ years of experience managing or working with Marketing and Sales Technology platforms;
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization seamlessly;
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems in an efficient manner;
  • Experience building and managing relationships with external partners;
  • Ability to manage a high volume of small to large sized projects;
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical information to business owners and vice-versa;
  • Experience successfully building, coordinating and maintaining schedules across multiple teams, managing shared resources, and coordinating with a legal team on IP or similar issues;
  • Experience working with technical teams on multiple projects from concept to delivery;
  • Strength in interpersonal skills, including the ability to motivate others and resolve conflicts;
  • Ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams; and, 
  • Track record of transitioning immature or new technologies into consumer products.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven skills in user-experience development for Marketing, Sales, and Operations;
  • Experience managing the rollout and change management of intake platforms;
  • Success working with a cross-disciplinary team of highly technical individuals, spanning both sales and marketing specific platforms and cross-platform development;
  • Proficiency with solutions architecture, including wireframing scenarios and feature improvements;
  • Understanding of the importance of the TPM function in Sales and Marketing organizations; and,
  • Facility with project management features or tools such as Visual Studio Teams Server, Asana, and Basecamp
