 For Remediation services in the Quality Assurance area.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering and experience in the regulated industry. 
• Bilingual: Spanish and English
• Soft Skills: Attention to detail, organization, and writing skills.  
• Shift: Administrative and according to business
• Experience:
  • Quality System compliance and document process.
  • Process improvement techniques.
  • Manufacturing Support. 
  • FDA, GMP & ISO regulations.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Assists engineering in providing manufacturing support by training operators on processes, engineering changes and certifications.
• Develops knowledge of manufacturing practices and procedures.
• Learns process improvement techniques by assisting engineering in researching and validating changes in processes/equipment and test methods to improve yield and/or reduce cycle time per established procedures.
• Learns traceability and inspection requirements, learns statistical process control criteria.
• Assists engineers in collecting, compiling, measuring, organizing and recording data, and by writing procedures. May keep lab notebook.
• Responsible for the final Process Monitor Release for products prior to distribution.
• Support process and/or equipment validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ); process performance qualification activities.
• Identifies and controls Manufacturing process defects (scrap, nonconforming material, customer complaints).
• Collaborates on process improvement efforts by identifying methods to capture quality metric data.
