JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary
This role will be responsible for managing and driving end-to-end product planning and execution of Green Dot products and services for existing and new partners. As a result, you will be working on designing new product features, refining existing APIs to meet partner needs, own new partner launches and take them through various stages of onboarding, implementation, testing and go-live. This is a cross-functional role requiring you to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all technical as well as business requirements are met.
Responsibilities
Design, develop and manage activities for launching Green Dot’s partner products and services from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life
Lead all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line
Work closely with senior management to define product roadmap and strategy
Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate processes and artefacts to ensure they’re successfully delivered
Define functional and non-functional technical requirements and prioritize them with business owners and other stakeholders
Triage product defects and ensure proper ownership and delegation towards resolutions
Collaborate closely across various teams including Engineering, QA, and Account Management teams
Manage compliance with all IT governance standards through approved tools, templates, policies, procedures, and processes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field preferred.
Technical background, with at least 5 years of product management experience preferred and 1+ years of fintech experience strongly preferred.
Ability to explain business requirements to technical teams, and demystify technical details for business teams
Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams
Strong written and oral communication skills
Experience in managing an API-based B2B services strongly preferred
Working knowledge of FinTech products and services preferred
POSITION TYPE
RegularPAY RANGE
The targeted base salary for this position is $120,700 to $180,900 per year. The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate’s geographical location.<<>><<>><<>><<>><<>><<>><<>><<>><<>><<>>
