The Growth Optimization team at Highspot is at the intersection of marketing, account development, sales, services, and finance. Growth Enablement and Growth Operations work together to strategically and proactively optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of our go-to-market (GTM) teams. Our work is imperative to driving consistent and scalable growth.

We are growing fast and are looking for an individual contributor to help build a world-class Growth Operations - Execution team. This infrastructure will be critical to the continued success of our business. The ideal candidate for this position will take an innovative, creative approach to designing processes and delivering solutions. The person we’re looking for will be collaborative, systematic, and analytical when solving problems. They will be resilient, resourceful and tenacious when working cross-functionally. What You’ll Do

In this role as Account Development Execution, you will partner with sales, finance, legal and other stakeholder teams to ensure accuracy with Account Development business operations and system updates. 


Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Development leadership teams to ensure team structures are accurate across systems.
  • Serve as the point of contact and subject matter expert on routing rules, commissions, system changes for the Account Development team.
  • Manage and execute the account assignment process with the Account Development Leadership team.
  • Assist the Growth Operations – Platforms team with data administration projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Sound business judgment that allows you to navigate ambiguity, work independently, but also escalate issues when necessary. 
  • Highly responsive with excellent communication skills and a desire to deliver superior client service.
  • Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including internal staff, managers, and executives. 
  • Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and ability to spot errors. 
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage time efficiently.

Location

Our HQ is located within walking distance of Pike Place Market and the Seattle Piers. With amazing 360 views of the Puget Sound and Downtown Seattle. The only downside, there are almost too many places to pick for your lunch meetings.
