Job Summary:

An Account Executive, ENT Catholic Church Market possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and loves helping to form new sales and marketing strategies to help grow the Catholic church with world-class technology. You are highly competitive and enjoy producing great results month over month striving to improve yourself and accomplish bigger goals. You love working in a fast-paced environment. You are a critical thinker who is agile and knows how to communicate across all levels. You have a hunger to always be growing and are organized and proactive. You have a history of bringing on new business in the church space and exceeding sales goals. You also love the challenge of connecting with all people inside an organization with your outbound prospecting efforts in a competitive market.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Interpret data that will guide operational planning decisions
  • Create standardized reports and visualizations to serve the business
  • Present findings to a range of stakeholders from subject matter experts to business leaders
  • Document methods to ensure consistent analysis over time
  • Recommend improvements to data capture and reporting structures to serve the business in a more seamless manner

Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years of technology sales experience or church growth experience 
  • Deep understanding of the Catholic church and how they make purchase decisions.  
  • Over 2 years of working with and closing business with Diocese and parish leaders
  • Knowledge of the following tools is advantageous:
    • Salesforce.com
    • G Suite
    • Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence)
    • Marketo
    • PostgreSQL

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong business & financial acumen
  • Strong executive engagement skills
  • Identify and develop a pipeline of prospective church customers through research, cold-calling, internet and professional networking. 
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospect to close. This includes product demonstration, negotiating and closing contracts. 
  • Ability to work within a budget for travel and entertainment (dinners, activities, etc.). 
  • Track record of over-achieving against sales quota
  • History of starting new endeavors, bringing structure where there is ambiguity 
  • Ability to connect with all types of people.  Executive-level leaders to new hires
