About the Team:

The Mid-Market Account Executive Sales team focuses on building strategic relationships with mid market-level prospects through prospecting, product demonstration, and follow up, and effectively closing new business.


About the Position:

The primary goal of the Mid-Market Sales Manager is to help your team generate pipeline, develop an account portfolio, and close deals in order to meet quarterly and annual sales booking and revenue quotas in the assigned geographic territories.


This position will require the aptitude to become a master of Pushpay product capabilities, underlying technology, and competitive advantages and the ability to convey those to your Pushpay team and customers. This person will work best in a dynamic, technology-driven environment utilizing phone and web tools to effectively manage and coach a high velocity team.


This position will work closely with the Sr Director of Enterprise and Mid-Market Sales to drive strategy, planning and process improvements. You will train and lead inside sales reps through repetition of a proven Success System.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff
  • Oversee the daily workflow of the team
  • Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations  
  • Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy. 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned 
  • Manage and grow a strong sales team and have the ability to resolve challenging issues
  • Coach, mentor and motivate sales team in order to maximize revenue generating opportunities
  • Formulate and execute quarterly and annual sales plans
  • Inspire, lead, and coach a dynamic fast-paced sales team
  • Coach and provide feedback to Account Executives in the areas of sales/professional development
  • Ongoing improvement, recommendations and implementation of sales process


Basic Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of recent inside sales management experience
  • 5+ years of successful inside sales experience
  • Experience selling in the technology field
  • Success in building, growing and managing a highly prolific sales team

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite or related software


Preferred Skills:

  • 4 year college degree
  • Experience selling in the SaaS industry
  • Experience working with Church Organizations and/or NPOs
  • CRM or Salesforce.com experience

*The following states are approved as remote locations for this position: CO, FL, OH, SD, TN, TX, WA. All other states are not in consideration for this role at this time.

Pay for CO candidates: $100,000 base salary plus commission, on target earnings of $160,000. Compensation in other states will vary based on location.
