Account Executive- Seattle
We’re looking for a Partnerships Lead to help us connect more fleets with the innovative Wrench platform. Fleet partnerships play a critical role in accelerating market growth, improving operations, and increasing the bottom line.
As a Partnerships Lead at Wrench, you’ll be joining a fast-growing team of high performing sales professionals and operators. Our team is laying the foundation for the future of automotive repair and we need the best and brightest to get us there.
When we say we’re doing something different and you can make an impact, we mean it! We’re disrupting the $50+billion car repair industry. Our launch in Seattle has been very successful and have recently launched in four additional cities. We’re growing rapidly and we need help servicing our customers. This position will play a critical role in helping build and supporting an amazing company.

What You'll Do
- Sell fleets on the value of working with Wrench
- Own your market and find creative ways to reach new fleets
- Lead negotiations, address concerns, and close deals
- Work cross-functionally on new fleet products
- Attend industry events
- Prior sales experience with a winning track record
- A hustler and top performer
- A highly driven and ambitious attitude
- Strategic mindset and strong sales instincts
- Ability to improvise, learn, and excel
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Expert written and verbal communication skills
