The Job:

The Small-Medium Business Sales professional's role is to demo, advocate, and sell our solutions to the greater business community. In this role, you will be presented with qualified leads and work closely with your teammates to secure new books of business that will use our products for years to come.

Reports To: SMB Sales Manager

As an Account Executive (Small Medium Business Sales Professional) at Tango Card, you will:

  • Qualify new sales opportunities through inbound leads
  • Manage and conduct a regular schedule of group product demos with interested customers
  • Assist fully self-service customer opportunities, ensuring a successful and timely conversion and providing introductions to the appropriate teams when an opportunity scales beyond “self-service”
  • Be an expert on the Rewards Genius product/platform, and effectively train and assist customers with the basics of the platform functionality, as well as content and integrations
  • Identify and drive efficiency in the SMB customer funnel by developing and advocating for best practices, as well as process and product improvements on an ongoing basis
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Engineering, and Product Support to make sure the customer’s program is appropriately supported
  • Assist customers to quickly identify issues and escalate them properly to ensure the best possible experience during the onboarding period
  • Be the unwavering voice of the customer in every situation

Our ideal Account Executive (Small Medium Business Sales Professional), will have most of the following:

  • Min 2 years sales/customer service experience
  • Familiarity with NetSuite and Salesforce
  • Ability to navigate in a rapidly evolving and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Money driven (uncapped commission)
  • Energetic team player
