Your Role and Impact

 

98point6 is looking for an experienced Account Manager to deliver exceptional enterprise customer experiences. This is a critical position, leading implementation efforts for our new accounts, along with managing, growing and renewing business. This role will be responsible for building relationships on multiple levels across enterprise customers, including C-Suite leadership, to ensure client expectations are consistently exceeded.

 

Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan, negotiate and influence interactions and relationships with clients, their brokers/consultants and internal team members to exceed account goals
  • Support new business implementation through collaboration with internal team members to deliver a superior client experience to the employer, their employees and covered dependents
  • Plan and execute quarterly client account reviews, delivering utilization reporting and next steps for account growth
  • Build and achieve client loyalty and satisfaction
  • Create and execute a retention and growth plan for each 98point6 client, documenting and maintaining the plan within Salesforce
  • Collaborate with client experience (engagement marketing) to identify trends that can help optimize utilization and retention
  • Represent the client “voice” internally across 98point6

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working with senior level executives in account management, sales support or human resources role; proven track record of strategic and consultative success
  • High level of healthcare industry knowledge, including understanding of key decision makers and influencers, current benefit trends, and implementation/administration of benefits
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills
  • Ability to organize, plan, prioritize and execute several deliverables simultaneously within time constraints
  • Passion for providing superior customer service
  • Willingness to travel as required, up to 25% of the time
