About the Job

As an Account Manager for the Insurance Marketplace, you will work with our Partners to grow and optimize their marketing spend while delivering “best in class” targeted customers for their sales force. You will also work closely with our Business Development Representatives to execute the onboarding of new partners, handling of daily questions, apply change requests and perform bi-weekly Partner touch base meetings. This individual will be responsible for ensuring development of the partner relationship and achievement of Revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communications skills and an analytical background who can develop and execute a sales plan and conduct monthly partner business reviews to expand business and optimize our partner’s growth.

Requirements:

  • BA / BS
  • Experience building, managing and growing partner relationships
  • A track record of hitting revenue targets and KPI’s.
  • Basic understanding of internet-based technologies and systems
  • 2+ Experience contracting and with business development workflows
  • Proficiency with SalesForce and Microsoft Office, Suite or other database management tools.
  • The desire to work in a hyper-growth and fast paced business
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • A desire to lead by example
  • High attention to detail regarding documentation and processes
  • A desire to lead by example
  • A self-starter mentality and desire to solve problems and look for opportunities to contribute more
  • A desire to work within a team that supports both internal and external clients and leverages the strengths of all team members towards a common goal
  • Experience with Insurance lead generation a plus
