Responsibilities:

• Provide administration of the Salesforce environment; responsibilities include: customizing and implementing profiles, roles, security settings, sharing rules, permission sets, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, alerts, dashboards, reports, etc.
• Provide real-time support for issues relating to Salesforce and other supported integrated platforms.
• Continuously improve data integrity by executing data improvement projects and on-going data clean-up.
• Development of training material related to Salesforce usage based on role to aid in user adoption and adherence to process governance.
• Conduct Salesforce training for new hires
• Help design and implement reports and dashboards in Salesforce to deliver actionable data to sales management and executive leadership.
• The positions requires to be in our Bellevue office on the daily basis and is not open for remote work.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Certified Salesforce.com Administrator (ADM-201), Advanced Administrator (ADM-211).
• 2 years working knowledge administering Salesforce.com.
• Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations.
• Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills.
• Track record retrieving and analyzing data using Excel, Salesforce.com, other CRM or data management/BI systems. Advanced. Excel skills (Macro, Pivot Tables, VLookups) desirable.
