Ideoclick is a Seattle based company, founded by former Amazonians, offering a suite of services to empower brands to successfully drive their ecommerce business. We provide strategic advisory and business planning, pricing strategy, marketing, content creation and optimization, catalog management, inventory management, and reporting data and software for our diverse set of clients.

Your role will require you to develop prospecting strategies and account targeting methodologies in reaching established brands on major e-commerce marketplaces, primarily Amazon, Walmart and Target.

What you'll do:

  • Originate, qualify, and close new opportunities across our ecommerce service portfolio, including managed services, cross channel ecommerce, data-driven marketing, and supply chain operations
  • Deliver new business through trust and value-led relationships with – and as a trusted advisor to – client stakeholders responsible for ecommerce initiatives
  • Develop understanding of client’s priority objectives and target outcomes to define ecommerce marketplace growth strategies that leverage the ideal combination of capabilities, products, and services
  • Collaborate with experts to identify value-creating opportunities for clients, creating business cases and developing future-state visions
  • Realize client objectives and clearly deliver Ideoclick value proposition
  • Lead client assessment, develop cohesive conclusions, and present key findings to help accelerate deals
  • Apply sales sequences that leverage analysis tools, category insights and ecommerce strategies to originate new opportunities
  • Be a thought leader in ecommerce challenges, trends, and solutions and partner with category leads to propose growth solutions

What you've got:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in digital business, ecommerce or digital marketing consulting - developing strategy, defining requirements, and finding solutions for Fortune 1000 brands
  • 3-5+ years in a sales role, working on several deals concurrently with multiple clients per week
  • 5+ years of client facing experience with demonstrated experience as a proactive leader
  • Uncovering and confirming client objectives and priorities through thoughtful questions and conversation
  • Excellent objection handling, critical thinking and listening skills
  • Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
  • Strong ability to persuade, negotiate, and positively influence others
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience (preferred, not required)

Bonus points for:

  • Management consulting skills, including:
    • Workshop facilitation and cross-team collaboration
    • Experience running end-to-end digital sales cycles
