The Business Manager is a critical role in driving business operations. This position is responsible for the business management functions that ensure effectiveness of the Sales operating rhythm, including setting up key processes to track and get work done. The Business Manager will provide insight and advice around Sales operational excellence, headcount, resource and Sales planning and participate in overall group Sales strategy decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate operations in sales organization and improve processes to run the Sales business efficiently as the organization scales
  • Partner with Pre sales to effectively strategize on large deals
  • Partner with Sales Head to manage the planning process, scorecards and metrics ensuring coordination with Regional VPs’ as well as annual tracking across the Sales and CA organization
  • Manage agendas and execution for recurring team meetings along with action-item follow-ups and resolution tracking
  • Drive internal communications for team meetings
  • Help in standardization of winning themes across region and verticals
  • Help in analysis of both win and losses of deals and improving the win rate 

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10-15 years of related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Effective at driving complex multi-stakeholder processes and cross-team programs to desired results while managing risk
  • Demonstrated strong capability in verbal and written communications skills for a geographically dispersed audience
  • Ability to create effective relationships, influence and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels
  • Detail-oriented with analytical problem solving skills
  • Strong project and program management skills
