About the Position:

In this role, you will enable our Customer Success team to provide our magical customer experience at scale through automation of workflows and integration of systems. The BSE will work closely with a multi-functional set of people to ensure our business systems are healthy and communicate effectively. The ideal candidate finds happiness in making the lives of others more efficient and effective through automation.

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding what Customer Success needs to be successful, then crafting requirements and execution plans
  • Automate Customer Success workflows that touch multiple systems
  • Handle, maintain, and optimize current systems, including development, test, and production environments ensuring solutions are available, secure, compliant, and well documented
  • Work collaboratively with vendors, IT, and business systems teams across the company to create holistic solutions

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience and proven ability automating business processes that span multiple systems (5+ years experience)
  • Mulesoft Developer (Level 1) Certification for Mulesoft 4.x or equivalent experience, including experience with DataWeave 2.x and Munit testing
  • Experience with JavaScript, shell scripting, or other programming or scripting languages
  • Experience with automating workflows for Slack, Zendesk, Salesforce, PagerDuty, and similar applications
  • Familiarity with cloud integrations using AWS, GCP, and/or Azure
  • Experience working in a Linux based environment
  • Understanding of modern development practices, including DevOps concepts, CI/CD, and test automation
  • Ability to document new workflows and train a distributed team on their use
