Your Role and Impact

You are an individual with the proven ability to lead and scale a successful commercial organization by attracting, retaining, and representing phenomenal sales, business development, operational and account management talent. The tenure of this talent will range from early career to sophisticated leaders in their fields. 

Responsibilities

  • Drive the company to exceed revenue targets by executing and expanding upon our growth strategy
  • Attract, retain, develop and support exceptional talent in sales, sales operations, business development and account management
  • Create a strong core values driven commercial organization where exceptional talent can flourish and grow
  • Point our commercial organization in a direction that allows them to deliver meaningful results for the company
  • Lead efforts building creative and unique business relationships with partners that result in all parties achieving business success
  • Develop data-based revenue driving strategies based on needs of customers and market feedback
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to develop and refine product offerings that meet the needs of our customers

Qualifications

  • 10+ years executive level experience leading sales, sales operations, business development and/or account management organizations
  • Proven success scaling in growth-stage companies, including ownership of revenue growth for the organization from early stage to materiality
  • Experience building and managing integrated, collaborative teams including having led large numbers of salespeople with direct management or skip-level management responsibilities
  • An enthusiastic sales leader; you inspire others to be the best versions of themselves
  • Able to represent the company at key events
  • Deep interest and passion for healthcare including the insatiable desire to learn about all aspects of the healthcare industry
  • Experience collaborating with product management or service delivery teams who are responsible for building the end product for the customer
  • Demonstrable experience designing and/or identifying repeatable and scalable operations
  • Startup experience preferred
  • Proven success in any complex industry
