Customer Account Coordinator

The Customer Account Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring customers renewals and retention, promoting Valant’s platform and services, and expanding accounts’ commercial value by sourcing opportunities with existing customers to significantly contribute to Valant’s growth.

What You’ll Do
Become an expert on Valant’s products and services
Provide exceptional customer consultation via phone and email, leading to revenue retention and growth
Keep a close eye on upsell opportunities across our customer base
Help create and develop proactive upsell campaigns
Process daily in-bound upsell requests, and Manager-approved subscription adjustment requests
Ensure assigned customers are renewed, and complete renewal transaction processing
Process cancelation requests, identifying opportunities for customer retention
Provide timely and professional responses to customer subscription inquiries
Competently record daily activity to maintain a structured and organized approach to your workload

Punctual and regular attendance is an essential responsibility
Bachelor’s Degree or 1-2 years of relevant client-facing sales, account management, or other related experience
Preferred
Experience working with Salesforce and Zuora
