We are searching for a motivated, dynamic Customer Solutions Architect - Solar. In this role, you will be a catalyst for growth by building and maintaining a strong ecosystem of third party partner firms in support of Eagleview's strategy. You will be relied on to create and manage impactful partner programs and relationships that drive partner success, improve customer retention and satisfaction, and contribute to EagleView revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a creative, strategic self-starter with a proven track record of success building enterprise level relationships. You must have strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple parties, craft creative solutions, and negotiate complex deals.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement products with integration partners that improve partner success and customer satisfaction. I.e. new products with current roofing Integrated Software Vendors (ISV) and potential solar ISV's.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with integration, channel, and strategic partners across all lines of business. This will coincide with engaging the solar industry primarily but in addition to current roofing ISV's.
  • Collaborate with Product Strategy and Sr. Business Director to design mutually beneficial partnerships with strategic partners
  • Identify and cultivate business relationships with new partners. Take ownership of sales cycle through closure. Ensure and interpret revenue progressing through new integrations and/or product initiatives.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Product Strategy to understand the strategic importance of each partner and execute on agreed strategies for each vertical market
  • Lead launch process for new integration partners, including overseeing the development of integrations, full product suite, and communication to SR. Business Development Director for sales team LMS/launch.
  • Ensure new integrations or partner solutions interpret Eagleview's unique backend workflow and new API interface.
  • Understand the technical requirements of each partner and work closely with the Product Management team to guide the direction of our mutual product offerings
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 4+ years' experience in technology business development and/or technology sales with proven success
  • Knowledge of or experience in construction, energy, government, and/or insurance market preferred
  • Product management experience required
  • Knowledge of or experience selling data and analytics products preferred
  • Proven ability to collaborate with colleagues, clients, and partners to build mutually successful relationships
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Ability to travel up to 33%
