About the Role: 

We are looking for a Digital Merchandiser / Vendor Manager who is obsessed with delighting our RealSelf community members and growing the RealSelf business. Reporting directly to the GM of Skincare, this individual will partner closely with merchants to deliver and optimize the front-end customer experience of the site.  He/she will be detail-oriented, able to take direction, have first-class communication skills, and work well with multiple teams.

In this role you will:

• Guide new vendors through the RealSelf onboarding process.
• Manage and maximize relationships with vendors to increase sales and satisfaction.
• Establish and track metrics for recording the success and quality of vendors.
• Identify new vendors across various product verticals.
• Develop and execute the merchandising calendar.  This will include scheduling new product launches, executing site-wide events and coordinating marketing campaigns.
• Develop, test and analyze new merchandising tactics that increase conversion rates, documenting the results and sharing best practices with the team.
• Participate in seasonal inventory planning and seasonal marketing strategies.
• Regularly evaluate the quality of our catalogue and the resulting customer experience.
• Import brand-provided product images and text.
• Ensure accurate, comprehensive and high-quality product information is available.
• Aid SEO optimization.  Propose new traffic-driving content strategies.
• Synthesize and analyze relevant content metrics.

About You: 

• You champion the cause of our users
• You have 3+ years of experience designing and executing online brand launches
• You have 3+ years of experience in account management
• You have 3+ years of experience in ecommerce
• You have 1+ years of experience in brand asset or image management
• You are relentlessly resourceful and strive to find a way to make real progress
• You have a record of delivering initiatives from concept through completion
• You are able to use hard data and metrics to back up recommendations
• You have excellent verbal & written communication skills
