The FLEXE Strategy & Analytics team is looking for a Director, Business Analytics to lead, develop and grow our centralized Business Analytics team. The charter of the team is to enable FLEXE, our customers and partners to make better decisions by delivering the right information at the right time. This role reports to the SVP, Strategy & Analytics and the ideal candidate has exceptional leadership, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead, develop and grow our amazing Analytics team
• Build relationships across the FLEXE leadership team and provide consultative support for how to measure and track business performance
• Define and evolve our Reporting Strategy - what are the right tools and upstream data needs to meet our business needs today and into the future
• Own our external dashboards - utilize Looker to standardize and deliver information to our customers and partners
• Own internal reporting - what information and delivery are needed to drive continuous improvement, operational excellence and support FLEXE’s growth
• Support our Monthly Business Review process and deliver department level scorecards that measure performance to Company goals
• Additional opportunities may include: Customer and Partner facing Quarterly Business Review design/delivery, Network optimization

Requirements:

• 10+ years in analytics with 5+ years managing teams with track record of growing and developing people
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast past environment, effectively prioritize and manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills and experience distilling complicated data and information into elegant insights
• Deep understanding of BI solution best practices and common pitfalls from architectural design, data source, ingestion, storage, analysis and visualization. Preferred tool set: SQL, Looker, Python, Excel, Jira, Confluence, and Git
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Business or related experience. MS or MBA preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the US. We will not be sponsoring visas for this role at this time.
