About the Business Development & Strategy Team and the role

The Business development and strategy team is focused on creating opportunities to expand our revenue and footprint primarily through developing partnerships and relationships that move the needle in a major way. It is a small focused team that is empowered to help chart the future direction of the business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identify and develop strategic channel partnerships to drive distribution and engagement.
  • Maintain external view of market landscape and create visibility on potential opportunities and high value relationships.
  • Research and develop new business opportunities that augment and enhance existing revenue and go-to-market strategies.
  • Create business cases, ROI models, presentations and proposals to support strategy and business development efforts.

What we are looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience in a business development or channel management role.
  • Ability to create compelling business cases, financial models and selling materials to support business development efforts.
  • A professional background that includes experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture/private equity investment, or business development for a VC-backed startup.
  • An understanding of the healthcare landscape and connections into provider groups, suppliers, payers, or hospital systems.
  • Driven to succeed - track record of success in whatever you do.
  • Aligned with our mission of helping patients and practices.
  • Must be an entrepreneurial self-starter and a team player.
