With hundreds of salespeople already in the field, Snap! Raise is now focused on expanding our Inside Sales Team. A successful Director of Sales candidate will have a proven track record building and managing an inside sales team, and experience in quickly growing a small team into a producing organization, quickly. A strong candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, and a desire to be a part of one of the fastest growing technology companies in the nation.
Responsibilities
- Hire, Develop & Manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives
- Direct the sales process, qualifying and positioning of Snap! Raise products and services
- Lead new business generation, lead follow-up and re-signs of existing campaigns
- Ensure delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals and manage a weekly revenue forecast
- Rollout sales business rules, practices, and policies in cooperation with the outside sales team
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends our reach.
- Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to customer relationships.
- Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled.
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them.
- Oversee the sales team to ensure company objectives and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with team to set priorities for the day and monitor progress regularly.
Required Skills/Characteristics
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration and/or relevant work experience
- 7+ years in sales management, including an inside setting
- Proven track record of success in the sales cycle from strategizing to closing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Superb leadership abilities
