Director of Partnerships

As Director of Partnerships, you will be responsible for managing the programs that drive channel sales and customer happiness for TUNE. This would include sourcing, onboarding, developing, and managing key relationships with agency partners, media partners, and technology partners. This role offers significant responsibility to a highly motivated, resourceful, and independent person experienced in performance marketing and partner development. A successful Director of Partnerships will oversee multiple programs where partnerships are nurtured to grow and thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying, sourcing, and driving new partnership opportunities that will help TUNE achieve its business goals and bring more value to customers
- Onboarding new partnerships, including coordinating with internal product and customer success teams, facilitating technical integrations, and identifying customers that match the partner’s profile and business strategy
- Maintaining relationships with partners by scheduling recurring touch points and providing ongoing account management
- Providing regular reporting of existing partnerships based on predefined KPIs
- Leading and managing the TUNE Agency Referral Program, growing a significant portion of TUNE’s revenue via referrals
- Collaborating and communicating with product management and technical teams regarding key business requirements and troubleshooting
- Prospecting and identifying key contacts at target partners
- Assisting the Commercial Team with executing strategic partnership opportunities
Qualifications:
- Five to seven years of previous experience in either partnership/publisher development, business development, account management, or sales
- Strong preference for individuals with existing relationships in the affiliate marketing, agency, and/or advertising industry landscapes
- Ability to manage ongoing relationships via day-to-day account management
- Strong communication and relationship skills
- Comfortable working within a technical environment and through technical solutions
- Self-starter, organized, and able to lead multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
