Your role and impact

 

We are looking for a Director of Sales with a track record of success in leading revenue-generating opportunities in the healthcare space. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing sales focused on health systems, health plans and accountable care organizations. These opportunities are essential to our company’s long-term mission and growth strategy.

 

Responsibilities

  • Execute the organization's long-range strategic partnership initiatives for health systems to ensure optimal growth and profitability 
  • Position 98point6 in a way that helps bring value to health systems and ACOs
  • Collaborate with the VP of Strategic Partnerships and cross-functional leadership to reflect the company’s vision for growth and expansion into these new segments
  • Educate and communicate customer needs to internal teams and work with stakeholders to implement strategies, initiatives and programs
  • Analyze and identify business challenges and opportunities, and make strategic and tactical recommendations to address them
  • Inform the organization about industry changes and developments, anticipating potential negative and positive trends on the business and adapting strategies accordingly

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in healthcare-related sales, partnerships or business development
  • Deep knowledge of health plans, health systems, employee benefits and government-related healthcare programs
  • Outstanding external and internal stakeholder engagement, communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • An understanding of new market segments and the development of appropriate solutions/strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business challenges
