Your role and impact

 

We’re looking for an attentive and engaging Sales Operations leader. As part of a high-performance, fast-moving and collaborative team, your role will encompass all aspects of running a successful sales organization, which includes GTM (Go-To-Market) planning, growth strategy, sales forecasting, business operations and data evaluation. You’re passionate about supporting our sales team and clients; acting as their voice and advocate throughout the organization. You’re someone who loves to build, create and relentlessly improve processes as we continue to grow and scale our commercial team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Work proactively to address operational rhythms, business processes and procedures aimed at improving the effectiveness of the sales organization and cross-functional alignment
  • Collaborate directly with key sales leaders on critical strategic, organizational and operational projects designed to increase revenue, sales productivity and operational efficiency
  • Leverage market intelligence, client requests, data and analysis to translate actionable insights; communicate recommendations to sales leadership and the broader organization 
  • Participate in the selection and implementation of new sales enhancement tools while driving automation of processes and streamlining of information sources 
  • Develop and deliver communications and presentations for senior leadership and the board of directors
  • Develop sales enablement practices, ensuring current team members and new hires are trained and proficient in product knowledge, messaging, the competitive landscape, sales processes and tool adoption

Qualifications

  • 8+ years experience in a high-tech, B2B sales operations role
  • Outstanding external and internal stakeholder engagement, communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical ability to understand business metrics and use data to tell engaging and impactful stories
  • Excellence in blending quantitative analysis with strategic thinking to influence long-term roadmap
  • Proven success in systematically improving operational effectiveness 
  • Humble, highly motivated, inclusive and independent thinker; ability to deliver impactful results
  • Knowledge of healthcare benefits, health systems, the healthcare industry and employee benefits; background in a health plan and/or benefits consulting a plus
