Director of Sales Operations

What We Do

We build easy-to-use giving and engagement mobile apps that help church, education and nonprofit leaders increase giving, drive participation and build community. Our core market is the faith sector serving over 7,000 churches in the US. We currently process over $3B of giving each year through our technology platform.

What You Will Do

As a Director of Sales Operations, you will will serve in a critical leadership role across Pushpay to scale our Sales Operations function as we grow into the next phase of our business. You will be a strategic advisor to our Sales and Customer Success Leadership teams to:

  • Own the quota and capacity plans for these business unit. Work with sales managers to drive effective territory allocation among their reps.
  • Uncover areas of revenue opportunity in our customer and prospect base.
  • Contribute to integrated planning and execution for sales and account management.
  • Develop formal reporting packages for sales effectiveness and productivity. Conduct metrics reviews with sales management.
  • Report on the pipeline generation needs and variances for each team. Work with sales managers to identify areas of opportunity or concern.
  • Know the forecasting process and work to make our forecasting more accurate.
  • Conduct pipeline and forecast data reviews with management.
  • Document essential processes and engagement rules; help enforce those processes.

What You Will Bring

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ Years of Sales Operations Experience (with at least 2 years in a leadership/management role)
  • Experience working closely with Enterprise or Strategic Account sales leaders in a SaaS business
  • Exceptional quantitative and MS Excel skills (sumifs, index/match and vlookup, table formulas).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can hold a meeting with directors and VPs.
  • Deep experience modeling complex problems, both conceptually and tactically (spreadsheets, analysis tools, visualization).
  • Endless curiosity and a need to dive deeper for understanding.
  • The ability to roll up your sleeves and be a hands-on leader
