As we look into the post-pandemic corporate office category, we believe more employers are going to offer meal benefits to employees. We are well-positioned to capture this new segment of employer-sponsored daily lunch benefits, and with over 7+ years of experience in delivery and lunchbox operations, we can provide unmatched service to our clients.

We are looking for an experienced business development professional who can help us grow and retain Peach’s client base. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in capturing new markets at a record pace and experience interfacing with decision-makers at corporate employers.

Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Execute the company’s Sales Strategy to engage new customers to hit the monthly quota. 
  • Develop & grow relationships with current & target customers.
  • Leverage internal and market data to improve sales execution.
  • Help identify and develop new market segments as Peach continues to expand the cities we serve
  • Identify & attend conferences that can create visibility for Peach in the employee benefits field. 
  • Own client onboarding and implementation process. 
  • Further, develop the Sales process and increase the conversion on the Sales funnel. 

Skills 

  • 5+ Years of experience in B2B sales.
  • B2B Sales Experience in Human Resource/Talent Acquisition industry preferred. 
  • Experience selling Employee Benefits, Wellness, Human Resource Solutions to C-level Managers/Executives.
  • Strong understanding of the Human Resource supply chain and value proposition for Human Resource Leaders and impacting employee engagement.
  • Ability to leverage a variety of tools & resources such as HubSpot, Google Meet to generate leads & conduct client meetings.
  • Can prioritize under pressure and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals. 
  • Team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed to help your clients, and Peach be successful.
