We are currently seeking a strategic and analytical Director/VP, Business Management - Brokerage to join our Flyhomes Brokerage Team. 

The Director/VP, Business Management - Brokerage be responsible for business planning and management, business insights, business operation processes and interfaces are delivered to plan (KPIs, OKRs, etc.). This role will work in close collaboration with the Flyhomes Brokerage Leadership and other key stakeholders across the business, to ensure that the agenda is coordinated with the rhythm of the business, including key business planning activities. 

What You’ll Do

  • Manage analysis, research, and the development of strategic initiatives for the Brokerage Team in partnership with Brokerage management.
  • Lead cross-functional/company initiatives and special projects on behalf of the Brokerage and be a valuable and contributing team member to other functional teams. 
  • Establish a consistent communication cadence to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on initiative status and deliverables.  
  • Identify, document, and follow-up on issues, and help drive to closure to ensure overall productivity of the organization. 
  • Monitor business processes and lead change management where necessary to improve process efficiency across the business management community. 
  • Maintain subject matter expertise of organization, industry and market trends to leverage and educate stakeholders.  

What You’ll Bring

  • Ten or more years’ experience in marketing, finance, project management or business management roles 
  •  Proficiency with MS Office Suite; Expert with Excel. G Suite (Gmail, Hangouts, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) familiarity beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree from accredited college preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 50% between Flyhomes office locations
