Position Summary

The Retail Growth team is looking for an Engagement Manager to join us to manage our growing list of Retail clients. Ideally, you are an Engagement Manager who has extensive experience working with enterprise clients in an account management/success capacity and relishes the opportunity to work for one of the hottest retail technology startups today. This role requires a motivated self-starter with experience in account management, customer success and growth end of the engagement spectrum. 

Responsibilities Include

  • Account Management of retail relationships, you will be the key business liaison with our retailer partners during and post go-live. 
  • Oversee retailer support operations and manage support escalations
  • Conduct regular business reviews with the Retailers – metrics, platform roadmap and growth – coordinating with internal Swiftly resources
  • Run and customize the growth playbook for each Retailer – guiding towards maximum number of users (MAU’s) and usage of the Swiftly retail platform
  • Billing and invoicing coordination between Retailers and Swiftly finance teams
  • Regularly engage with our Retail and Ad operations Product teams to provide feedback and identify opportunities and trends to further improve the product roadmap. 
  • Analyze business and metrics data to provide clear pictures of success measurement to both Retailer and Swiftly leadership. 
  • Working closely with our TPM and Solutions Engineer team, coordinate the continuous adoption of retail Platform features with the Retailer 
  • Champion the Retailer relationship end to end, including at the executive sponsor level, and internally with our TPM and Engagement Manager teams. 
  • Build and maintain our retailer engagement practice, with a focus on scalability. As an early member of our team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the Engagement Management function that will power our hypergrowth trajectory.
  • Other related duties assigned

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years experience working in an account management, client success or technology post-sales related roles 
  • Enterprise experience, including building deep relationships and influence with C level, IT, Marketing and Product organizations 
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills 
  • Success Program experience – ability to establish and track key milestones against success KPI’s 
  • Experience working with data, XLS and data visualization tools 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple engagements/programs at a time while paying strict attention to detail 
  • Understanding of product roadmaps and methodologies 
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM 
  • Independent, a self-starter with the ability to work successfully in a high-energy startup
  • B.A/B.S. degree in Business, Sales or Marketing
