Snap! Mobile is looking for a stellar Enterprise Account Executive to join our Inside Sales team, selling our financial management solution. The Enterprise Account Executive cultivates and closes new enterprise-level relationships, with a focus on growing our footprint with high potential customers, quarterbacking enterprise-wide deals from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be curious by nature, and possess a consistent track record of sales over-achievement. This role should utilize solution-selling and value-selling techniques to effectively guide the sales process to close and be comfortable selling to key decision-makers at all levels.
A successful candidate is self-motivated, dependable, well-organized, and adaptable, with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities. A “can-do” attitude is required, and the person must thrive in a fast-paced, energetic work environment. The applicant must be comfortable and self-assured working in a remote setting and have the ability to think quickly under pressure.

This is a full-time, remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Drive key Account Executive outcomes by illuminating pain points and prescribing consultative solutions
- Qualify sales opportunities based on the MEDDIC sales qualification methodology to identify customer fit and success criteria
- Cater sales process to align with buyer persona type, tailor multi-product demonstration to opportunities, and set next steps on every call with the buyer
- You’ll identify, source, and secure business opportunities, managing prospects through the entire sales cycle by building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
- Split activities between working demand from Marketing, SDRs, Outside Sales and your own cold calls, emails, and social prospecting using personalized messaging to target prospects
- Create high-level strategic direction with the Onboarding and Account Management team to set strong expectations for customers
- To succeed in this role, you’ll have knowledge of youth sports and be excited to sell on the big-picture impact our organization is having on schools and youth organizations
- Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities or challenges, and provide recommended solutions
- Keep informed of product line, competition and industry trends that may impact client business activities
What we are looking for in you:
- 3+ years in a full-cycle SaaS sales roles with experience selling to small-mid size organizations
- Track record of over-achieving individual sales quotas (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
- Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles, including prior success in closing enterprise-wide deals and managing multiple large accounts
- Experience selling Financial/Banking Software within a SaaS environment
- Forecasting and pipeline development skills are required
- Proven client satisfaction, track record, & strong team player
- Experience conducting product demonstrations with ability to build relevant, strategic messaging for multiple solutions
- Experience working with HubSpot or alternative CRM preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 15%, as needed
Compensation: Base $70-90K with OTE $110k-$150K Depending on level of experience
