Twistle by Health Catalyst is looking for a driven and results oriented self-starter to join our sales team and help fuel our growth. As an Enterprise BDR, you will be part of the engine that powers our sales team by prospecting, developing, and qualifying prospects to build our pipeline. The Enterprise BDR is often our customers’ first experience with Twistle, so making a great first impression is important. Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities, providing a consultative approach to develop relationships
  • Become a Twistle expert in order to develop and execute initial sales presentations and demos of our platform to prospects
  • Collaborate with Marketing/RSDs to create strategies & campaigns to develop relationships with targeted healthcare markets
  • Grow and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage RSDs when a prospect has met the criteria to become a Sales Qualified Lead
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Use news outlets (Beckers, Definitive, HIStalk, etc.) to customize outreach to health system targets

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in a healthcare related field 
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and researching targeted personas
  • Coachable - eager to learn, self-aware
  • Articulate - ability to have meaningful conversations and connect with people; leave an impression 
  • Active listener - good questioning skills, adaptable, able to pivot/dig deeper during a conversation when needed
  • Time Management - organized, detail oriented
  • Empathy - ability to understand a client's problems/objections and address them 
  • Passion/Drive - genuine interest in this space, persistent, desire to build a career in healthcare/SaaS sales
  • Technically savvy with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, G-Suite and Office.
