About You:

You are eager to join a fast paced, rapidly growing startup. You will demonstrate the ability to excel in a dynamic work environment as an early member of a growing team. In conjunction with the partnership acquisition team, the Sr. Manager of Partner Management will be responsible for the growth and execution for Convoy’s growing partnership revenue channel. 

You will have ownership of:

  • Personally driving the results for select key partners, as well as lead a team of partner managers to drive revenue and growth with Convoy’s channel partners
  • Hiring, retaining, and developing additional team members as the partnership business expands
  • Achieving partner and customer growth and retention objectives, including identifying expansion opportunities
  • Developing and executing against partner account plans
  • Analyzing partner and customer data and share insights both internally and externally
  • Working closely with the Convoy operations team to ensure we enable a best in class partner support model
  • Partner with your team to run quarterly business reviews on-site with Director and VP level sponsors
  • Executing on shared new partner and customer account onboarding process and framework with other key partners; including partnership development and operations
  • Ensuring the highest level of partner and customer satisfaction

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • 10+ years of partner or account management experience (at least 5 supporting partners or enterprise customers)
  • 5+ years of recent team management experience, with teams ranging from 5 to 20
  • Experience managing a team that has supported Fortune 1000 companies and / or large strategic partners
  • Passion for coaching and mentoring a team to deliver results, and bring out the best in them
  • Consistent track record of onboarding, retaining and strategically growing partners or customers
  • Technology industry and start­up experience is a strong plus
  • Transportation or other logistics industry experience is a plus
  • Intangibles include you being self­ motivated, driven, high energy, daring, and resilient
  • A passion for innovation, problem solving, and constant change. Proven ability to partner with cross-functional internal teams such as Product and Operations in order to build unique customer-driven solutions
  • You can effectively communicate with anyone with your strong verbal, written, customer service, and social skills
