The Leader of Sales has an integral role to play in evolving RoundGlass as a dominant leader in the wellness space. You will be responsible for developing company sales procedures, training, and motivating your team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. You will help build a robust sales strategy and distribution network as a part of the journey to achieve our common vision of making RoundGlass a widely accepted wellness solution for consumers and enterprises. 

What you'll do:

  • Lead a team of Sales professionals
  • Define and prioritize the market segments, customer base, and targeted industry verticals; Setting a strategic sales roadmap for target markets and ensuring it is aligned with the organization’s strategic direction
  • Create a robust channel network, alliances and partnerships for selling RG products to customers
  • Manage key business development initiatives including new customer acquisition and existing relationships with consumers
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to drive a focused approach on sales enablement strategy
  • Work closely with customers to ensure they are successful using RG products and taking regular feedback on product features and improvements, sharing the feedback with internal stakeholders to inform product improvement and efficiency
  • Discuss progress of sales strategy and any roadblocks faced with the leadership team on a regular basis

Who we're looking:

  • 10+ years of strong sales experience preferably of a technology product
  • Experience leading a cross-functional growth team
  • Proven ability to work closely with senior management
  • Familiarity with tech and start-up environment preferred
  • Articulate and diplomatic verbal and written communication skills
