Position Summary

Flipt is looking to add ambitious and creative individuals looking for growth onto our Sales team. Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the team to consistently achieve production goals
• Pitch our solution to agents and brokers
• Meet or exceed sales quota through outbound phone-based prospecting & lead qualification, social selling and cold calling
• Effectively communicate value proposition to real estate agents & brokers and overcome any objections; know the competitors & how our technology has the advantage

Requirements:

• Experience with outbound phone sales and business development
• 2 year minimum full sales cycle experience
• Experience dialing high volume of calls/day, prospecting, social selling, etc.
• Tech or Real Estate industry experience a plus, but not a must
• Great attitude, positivity and resilience. Motivated by both individual and team achievements.
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Strong computer skills
