About the Role:

The Junior Salesforce Operations Administrator works closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes. This is role is critical to the smooth operation of our Sales and Customer Success teams. This role is responsible for executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.

The Business Intelligence team supports the rigorous insights and data-driven process by delivering key analytics and systems internally to every facet of our business. Our work is manifested as tools and data to help the enterprise grow and run more efficiently, at both strategic and tactical levels. As the scope and sophistication of data applications and platforms continue to grow, so does the need for leadership and support of emerging programs and strategic business initiatives.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment.
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks.
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
  • Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations.
  • Assist in training of new users and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization.
  • Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams.
  • Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements.
  • Proactively seek out and identify needed system changes.
  • Lightning optimization of current workflows within our existing environment.
  • Facilitate and create ongoing Salesforce training programs for organization.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce Dashboards with our Sales organization.
  • Build custom reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors.
  • Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of professional work experience managing salesforce environment.
  • Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
