About the Role:
The primary responsibility of the Sales Coordinator will be to handle the logistics of the Media Sales process and all things relating to PitchBook's media sales and paid advertising-website banner ads, PitchBook sponsorship ads in reports, client design materials and more. We're looking for someone who is an expert communicator, skilled in organization, a creative thinker, a team player and accountable. The ideal candidate will be comfortable keeping track of numerous details across several channels related to multiple projects and deadlines-in short, someone who is equally detail-oriented and adept in communications. At PitchBook, we highly emphasize learning and collaboration, so a positive attitude and high initiative are also critical.
Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand and find new tech solutions to help with media inventory tracking, sales reporting and client-focused projects
  • Establish dashboards in Salesforce to help sales team better understand performance and goals
  • Produce summaries of performance reporting to deliver to clients by utilizing advertising reporting tools
  • Audit and process post-sale Media Sales contracts for quality assurance
  • Collaborate with media sales personnel & finance department regarding billing/invoicing
  • Manage client creative assets for advertising campaigns and work directly with News Editors and Team for implementation
  • Client-focused projects such as client-based surveys and client appreciation
  • Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Experience in Salesforce required
  • Experience in tracking workflows of client materials or working with sales teams is preferable
  • Experience with Tableau a plus
  • Proficiency with the MS Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily
