Peach is a growing lunch delivery business and serves thousands of customers every day in Seattle, Boston and San Diego (with many other cities coming soon). Peach has a unique and compelling business model where both the customer and the restaurant win; by capitalizing on the availability and talent of local restaurants, we bring locally produced, high-quality meals to our customers. 

Peach is looking for a Menu Excellence Manager in Seattle who can guide our restaurant team on what food to get on the platform to help maximize success.  The right person for this job will be a real foodie, and has a strong desire to help customers discover the best dishes possible. As a key member of the restaurant team, your work will directly impact the food Peach offers and increase order volume. You will use data in your decision-making and will apply your strong analytical skills and food knowledge.  You will have a keen eye for quality, marketing, and what people look for in lunch. 

Responsibilities:

• Creates Peach’s exceptional food offerings and communicates this to restaurants
• Analyzes customer feedback to generate actionable items for restaurants.
• Advises on pricing strategies.
• Advocates for Peach customers and enhance their experience.
• Educates our team on best ways to execute menu excellence for our customers’ benefit.
• Adapt the menu based on the food trends in each city we operate in.
• Increase the probability of a customer ordering.
• Adapt ahead to change the menu as the season/taste changes.
• Make Peach known for its exceptional food.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Passion for startups and the food industry
• Hungry (no pun intended), with strong food and restaurant knowledge
• Photography experience a plus
• 3 plus years of experience in eating good food. 
• Marketing experience
• Data-driven and analytical
• Hard-working and self-motivated

3. You have an education in arts/marketing.
4. You have experience in developing taste among your customers. People in marketing departments are well suited for this job
