The Role

We are looking for individuals who want to get started in a career in sales as an Outbound Sales Coordinator (OSC). The OSC role is all about growth through experience and developing your skills by working closely with our Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to drive the sales pipeline. SDRs manages the outbound campaigns of their sales pod, qualifying active buying interest, and identifying critical decision makers. This position is a non quota carrying role that supports the quantity through increasing quality of prospects.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Assisting with account research using tools like LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo and DiscoverOrg
  • Calling on marketing leads to gather additional information and create opportunities
  • Database clean up - validate prospect information to insure accuracy
  • Managing prospecting status and forecasting in Salesforce
  • Maintain a firm grasp on our value proposition and industry
  • Help drive attendance to key Outreach events
  • Participate in team continuous education, trainings and events
  • Find opportunities to improve process and creatively approach challenges
  • Report directly to a Sales Development manager

Basic Qualifications

  • The ability to think on your feet in a conversation and answer unexpected questions with ease
  • Be comfortable in a fast-paced, high energy environment
  • A go-getter attitude! “No” doesn't stop you - it only makes you think of other ways to go for the “Yes”
  • Have a strong passion for sales and sales processes
  • You are good at finding ways to motivate yourself and your teammates. Camaraderie and Team Spirit is the name of the game around here
  • Highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Confident using programs like SalesForce and LinkedIn. If you haven’t used them, that’s ok!
  • You have had to learn new programs before and have a knack for picking them up quickly

  • Sales mentality: you’re highly goal motivated and competitive while also a team player
  • Experience in SAAS is welcome but not necessary
