The Outbound Sales Coordinator (OSC) role is an operationally focused role with in the Sales Development team. This position works in the fast-paced environment of sales to improve process and help create efficiency for our pipeline driving team. It will require account research, producing and analyzing reporting, promoting internal team initiatives and even participating in targeted lead development with focused accounts. In this role, you'll be the go-to person our managers look to to help them with visibility into account data and integrity. You'll have autonomy to create solutions when you see the opportunity but the sales team around you to work with on projects as well.

Your Daily Adventures Include

  • Spend time assisting our sales development team drive pipeline by leaning in on account research to insure we are speaking to the impact we can make on their business
  • Working to maintain a clean database and the insure accuracy of our information repository
  • You could help with specific strategic outreach when we need addition support to reach targeted prospects
  • While this is not a cold-calling focused role, you may be asked to reach out to prospects on linkedin, email or via phone
  • Use your intense attention to detail to tackle reporting and analytics around team performance on things like Target Accounts, Marketing Qualified Leads and SAL Score
  • Oversee account moves working directly with the SDR Managers of each segment
  • You will work closely with our fellow team members in Revenue Operation/ Sales Enablement to track team-wide competitions
  • Maintain a firm grasp on our value proposition and industry
  • Participate in team events and trainings
  • Find opportunities to improve process and creatively approach challenges
  • In this role, you'll report directly to a sales development manager

Basic Qualifications

  • The ability to think on your feet in a conversation and answer unexpected questions with ease
  • Highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Attention to detail is of utmost importance in this role
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Having a mix of both independent work and collaborative projects appeals to you
  • You have a strong passion for sales and sales processes/operations
  • Self-motivation and motivating others comes naturally to you
  • You feel confident using programs like SalesForce, LinkedIn and GoogleSheets. If you haven’t used them, that’s ok! You have had to learn new programs before and have a knack for picking them up quickly

  • You're motivated by having a goal and enjoy friendly competition but always have your teammates' back
  • Experience in SAAS is welcome but not necessary
