Outbound Sales Representative
Point Inside is looking for an Outbound Sales Representatives in our Bellevue, WA office!

You're an organized sales professional who loves creating impressions that become engagement. You have developed best practices in sales and are itching to apply them in the software industry. You are a self-starter who enjoys both working independently and on a team. You're not looking for a typical telesales / telemarketing position, you're looking for a way to apply your amazing verbal and written skills to build lasting relationships.
Whether by phone, email, in-person, your ability to connect with others is one of your strengths, and your future plans include taking your career to the next level with this ability. You’re passionate about promoting technology as a solution and see your future as a strategist in sales.
What You'll Do:
- Initiate cold calls and follow cold email leads
- Identify prospects that fit the target persona
- Leverage product knowledge to showcase Point Inside's offerings
- Proactively manage activities in CRM; schedule appointments
- Report sales goals and objectives to stakeholders
- Attend meetings and internal training to stay current with new products and services
- Conduct proactive consultative needs analysis with new customers
- Demonstrates full understanding of current marketing campaigns and offerings and has the ability to communicate them clearly to customers at every sales opportunity.
- Participate in other lead generation activities like networking events, community events, meetups etc.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, plus 2 years or more outbound or inbound sales experience -or-
- 3 plus years of outbound in or inbound sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives
- Strong computer skills, understanding of CRMs (e.g Salesforce), MS Office products, and Google Apps Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.)
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously or as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and customer-centric philosophy
