About the Role:

RealSelf is looking for an Outreach.io Administrator who will ensure all new sales reps initial onboarding and setup of Outreach are exceptional. You will educate our team on the benefits and features of the core Outreach product. As the Outreach Admin you will work with multiple teams within RealSelf to ensure the customer success team is able to educate the provider community.

In this role you will:

  • Manage day to day Outreach configuration, while working to continuously improve and enhance system processes to effectively meet and exceed business requirements
  • Onboard all new hires with Outreach tools training, and drive adoption across all teams
  • Initiate, plan, prioritize, communicate and execute longer-term Outreach projects
  • Create and maintain documentation and training materials related to all changes to Outreach, and establish Outreach best practices around governance
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing and analytics to create and a/b test Outreach sequences, improve process efficiency and operationalize strategy
  • Conduct basis analysis in Microsoft Excel to identify trends / generate reports
  • Partner with Sales and B2B Teams to create / update email copy and talk track
  • Communicate analytical findings, conclusions and recommendations to executives and senior management
  • Support the Sales, Sales Support, Customer Success and other teams on day to day basis with Outreach issues
  • Provide guidance and direction to freelancers and interns as needed on various related projects

 

About You:

You will work directly with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and other functions to understand challenging problems and exciting business objectives. You will then leverage your experience, broad and deep knowledge of Outreach to design both standard and creative solutions. You will plan, prioritize, develop and rollout these solutions.

You may be the right fit if you have:

  • 2 or more years of Outreach experience, and Outreach Administrator certification
  • Previous re-engineering experience updating an existing Outreach configuration to provide solutions for reporting, workflows and enhanced functions
  • Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools
  • Experience working at a startup or in an agile environment
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience training and supporting Outreach users
  • Ability to go beyond the executional or tactical tasks and come up with holistic view of Outreach future to support and drive business growth


Travel:

Travel is not anticipated, with the exception for an occasional conference

Work Environment:

The RealSelf office sits in a historic Pioneer Square building. Employees also have the option to bring their dogs to work!
