The Partner Alliances Manager is part of the organization that works to build, strengthen and manage channel partnerships for Redapt. As a member of the business development (BD) team, the Partner Alliances Manager will support the work of senior members of the BD team and also independently develop & manage relationships with business partners of Redapt.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with 2-4 years of professional experience looking to build a career in business development, strategic alliances, or channel selling & management. Candidates should possess entrepreneurial zeal, a knack for building relationships and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships and rapport with key channel partners
- Educate partners on Redapt’s value propositions
- Manage data & inter-departmental collaboration in tracking rebate/market development programs
- Maintain profiles, data and other information in online partner portals
- Seek ways for Redapt to provide value for partners and integrate into partner solutions
- Keep Redapt’s sales, sales engineers, business development and marketing teams abreast of partner updates
- Work with internal sales, engineering, product, and executive teams
- Act as a liaison between marketing and business development teams
- Actively problem solve and escalate disputes with partners
- Collaborate with partners to create and execute go-to-market strategies and campaigns
- Identify key markets for expansion and coordinate with partner teams to foster revenue growth
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 2 years’ experience building and monetizing business partnerships
- A strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, strong writing skills are a must
- Comfort with public speaking
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Work ethic to build value and urgency with partners
- Work with a sense of purpose and responsiveness
- Adaptable to changes in the market and in how business is conducted
- Strong relationship/team building and account management skills
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Background in technology (software and hardware)
- Marketing & account management experience
- Conflict management & resolution skills
