As a Partner Programs Manager at Chef, this position will collaborate cross-functionally to establish a foundation for a world-class partner ecosystem. This person will do so by participating in the build and operationalization of Chef’s Partner Program (Chef Partner Kitchen), tailored towards Consulting/Resale and Technology Partners. This position requires you to learn about the needs of different partner types, aligning them with Chef’s business objectives and executing on the program so that the Partner Programs team can continually improve the Chef Partner Kitchen.

Responsibilities

Partner Lifecycle Management

- Recruit: Develop and maintain processes for recruiting new partners. Establish clear Value Propositions for the ecosystem.

- Selection/Criteria: Develop/refine company guidelines for new partners and their respective tiers.

Onboarding: Monitor onboarding milestones of new Partners.

- Build effective collaboration across all functional areas including sales, marketing, services, product, and operational teams.

- Ensure the best partner experience with a focus on simplicity, ease of doing business, innovation, and community.

Ongoing Partner performance analysis and knowledge development 

- Develop and maintain a process to measure and track performance for partners within the program

- Devise effective means to drive on-going communications with partners and drive partner enablement

Understand the participation and utilization of partner programs run by other companies 

- Identify and utilization of programmatic partnership benefits offered by companies in Chef ecosystem

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of SaaS and/or B2B
  • Excellent ability to understand and communicate complex business and technical subjects to both Management and Technical audiences
  • Business, analytical, problem solving and communication skills (written and verbal)
