What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Meet and exceed individual targets while cultivating and growing existing customer relationships
  • Develop proficiency on all DreamBox Learning products and solutions
  • Schedule and deliver online demonstrations, perform ongoing needs assessments, and participate in quarterly impact reviews with clients
  • Seek to obtain client testimonials, referrals, participation in virtual and in person events, and other engagements
  • Leverage success of current clients to grow, upsell, and expand their overall investment in DreamBox
  • Collaborate with colleagues from other departments (Marketing, CS, PD, PM, and Curriculum) to improve efficiency and overall health of the client experience
  • Accurately forecast upcoming sales performance to sales leadership and executive team
  • Give prompt reports on crucial issues to the direct manager
  • Live in Salesforce CRM to drive behavior and document actions
  • Contribute to building a positive team culture where people want to work and thrive

About You:

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience
  • Mission-driven and data-driven salesperson
  • Ability to build rapport, outline a buying vision, and to challenge the status quo
  • Confident communicator with active listening skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly energetic self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Organized, focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Salesforce CRM or equivalent CRM, MS Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, and Word
