Avvo is looking for stellar Regional Sales Managers (RSM) to further develop our sales function. This position will grow Avvo’s Account Executives and ultimately grow product sales (advertising, websites, and software) markets and be a major contributor in building our business. We value individuals that are fearless, coach-able, competitive and arrive at Avvo each day with a positive attitude.

What you will do in this role:

  • Lead and manage a team of Account Executives who conduct heavy outbound calling to attorneys and legal firms.
  • Coach, motivate and develop Account Executives through cold-calling, networking and marketing opportunities.
  • Teach, guide AEs on how to effectively present Avvo advertising solutions and software products to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales opportunities.
  • You love to achieve results, have the highest integrity and work hard to succeed.

What we would like to see in your experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 3 years of management experience in a full cycle Inside Sales role.
  • Hands on leader who is available to assist agents “on the floor”
  • Proven track record of driving revenue as a top producer.
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, coach and motivate.
