Peach is looking for a Restaurant Partnership Manager in Seattle who is eager to work with restaurants and manage their success. As a key member of the restaurant team, your work will directly impact Peach’s offering and increase order volume. You will use data in your decision-making but keep your strong food knowledge close at hand. As the restaurant’s go-to person, you excel at building and strengthening relationships with all types of people. This position will report to our Senior Restaurant Partnership Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard and train new partners on the Peach process.
- Analyze historical data to drive menu changes for restaurants.
- Analyze customer feedback to generate action items for restaurants.
- Negotiate price, margin, and menu changes as needed.
- Develop strong relationships with restaurant owners and managers to create the best offerings for Peach customers.
- Curate menus, write dish descriptions and photograph dishes when needed.
- Maintains cuisine variety in each market.
- Hires, manages, and books photographers.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Passion for startups and the food industry
- Hungry (no pun intended), with strong food and restaurant knowledge
- Sales experience (cold calling and negotiation)
- 1-2 years restaurant management experience
- Photography experience a plus
- Data-driven and analytical
- Hard-working and self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must have valid US driver's license
