Sales Development Manager

At TINYpulse, our Sales Development Manager is tasked with building effective strategy and inspiring epic execution by a team of talented Sales Development Representatives. In this role you will have the opportunity to work closely with all teams across the organization to evangelize TINYpulse to key accounts. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze your results and hold your team accountable:
- Refine and communicate performance metrics for the Sales Development team
- Document best practices that optimize the sales development process
- Test and tweak your way to creating a trainable, scalable sales dev methodology
- Coach and inspire:
- Motivate Sales Development Reps via creative leadership, dedicated coaching, and a learning culture
- Drive recruiting and hiring of outbound-responsible SDRs
- Correctly apply incentive plans and SPIFFs that encourage healthy competition and collaborative sales behaviors
- Communicate and collaborate:
- Set expectations and communicate strengths and limitations with management team through forecasting, pipeline and activity reporting
Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

- Willingness to roll your sleeves up and do what it takes to be successful
- Highly organized, methodical and metrics-oriented

- Effectively handles multiple projects, people, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Sales Execution
- Sound judgment of when to be results-driven or process-driven, and able to prioritize with limited direct supervision
- Excellent skills in outbound prospecting
- Full-cycle sales representative experience, from prospecting through to close
- Strong proficiency with CRM/Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft (or other email acceleration tool)
Management
- Demonstrated success building and managing a team of direct reports
- Strong track record of servant leadership (teammates and customers)
- Excellent communication skills across departments and seniority-levels
Pluses:
- Experience with a SaaS sales model
- Advanced expertise with Sales/SaaS technology, e.g. Salesforce, Salesloft, Hubspot, Gainsight, Pendo, and others
