The Role

In this role you would be responsible for qualifying new inbound leads over the phone, sending email campaigns, social selling, and creating valuable sales opportunities for our Account Executives. Every day will be different, and the person in this role needs to be somebody who ‘makes things happen’. 

The Marketing Development Representative is the first line for the MedBridge Sales team and will work with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, partners and customers to sell the MedBridge solution and contribute to the growth of the business.

The Task-at-Hand:

  • Qualify inbound leads based on business compatibility and several other criteria
  • Engage with inbound leads via email, phone calls, and LinkedIn
  • Maintain and nurture a pipeline of booked demos for the sales team by handling inbound leads
  • Gather insights from various analytics tools to draw smart conclusions and optimize results
  • Collaborate with marketing to build dedicated follow-up communications for all marketing campaigns and inbound initiatives
  • Work closely with Sales & Marketing Leadership to understand potential clients’ business goals and convey how MedBridge can help to reach those business goals
  • Manage and track your pipeline using our CRM tools and tech stack

Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree or 1 year equivalent in relevant sales experience
  • Track record of successfully achieving or overachieving goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management skills; ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
  • Prior experience using Salesforce.com (desired but not required)
  • You have experience in or exposure to SaaS technology (desired but not required)
